“Feeling is my favorite F-word! Therapy isn’t about being right or wrong, good or bad, positive or negative—it’s about holding gentle space to give you a soft a place to land, so nobody has to be alone with their pain.”

All my life’s work has involved caregiving: camp counselor, lifeguard, resident assistant, tutoring ESL students, rape victim advocate, HIV educator, Mind-Body Therapist, and even a Death Doula!

I have an unusually high tolerance for sitting with pain, and a healthy curiosity about the unknown. I value the beauty in breakdown and the power in vulnerability.

I’ve been told I’m different. Sometimes awkward, I can talk too much, too loud, with both hands for emphasis, and get lost in all the connections I see in the world. So, I get how profoundly therapeutic it is to have a place where you can be authentically and unapologetically yourself.

Relationships are not one-size-fits-all, but when we find our people - the ones who make us feel seen, heard, and safe enough to lean in to our discomfort - healing begins.
